About Saytify

Built for one engineer’s day, then shared

Saytify started as a tool for one person.

Mohammad Al-Ramahi is an engineer in Jeddah. His working day is a mix of Arabic and English in the same breath: a site report in Arabic with “cable tray” and “shop drawing” in the middle of the sentence, a WhatsApp reply to a client, an email to a supplier, and hours in AutoCAD. Dictation tools should have saved him time. They did not.

Cloud dictation apps had no proper Arabic, or turned his Gulf dialect into stiff textbook phrases, or translated the English words he said into Arabic. Windows’ own voice typing had no Arabic at all. Every one of them needed the internet and sent his voice, including confidential project details, to a server somewhere else.

So he built his own. It had to understand Arabic and English in the same sentence, keep his dialect, leave English terms in English, type into any window including the AutoCAD command line, and run entirely on his PC with no internet. He used it every day, fixed what annoyed him, and measured everything: how fast text appeared after releasing the key, how often a word was split, how many corrections changed meaning.

After it became the tool he could not work without, he decided other people should have it too. That is Saytify.

What Saytify is

Saytify is an offline AI dictation app for Windows. Hold a key or a mouse button, speak, release, and clean text is typed wherever your cursor is: email, chat, Word, browser, code editor, AutoCAD.

Arabic and English in one sentence, exactly as spoken. Your dialect stays yours; English words stay in English.
Works without internet after setup. Your voice and your text never leave your computer.
Clean text, not raw transcripts. Local AI fixes split words and misheard letters, removes filler, writes numbers as digits, with accuracy levels you choose.
Voice commands for AutoCAD and Windows. Say “Zoom Extents” or “Layer Isolate” and the command runs.
Honest performance. On the developer’s own PC, text appears about two seconds after releasing the key (median). Your PC may be faster or slower, and Saytify picks lighter models automatically on machines with less memory.

What we believe

Offline first. Privacy should not be a premium tier. Speech recognition is fast enough to run on an ordinary PC, so that is where it should run.

Arabic first, not Arabic added. Most dictation products treat Arabic as one line in a list of a hundred languages. We treat the way people in the Gulf actually speak, Arabic with English woven in, as the main case.

No fake numbers. We publish measurements from real use, dated comparisons with sources, and no invented testimonials. When Saytify has customers who want to be quoted, you will read their real words here.

Buy it once. Saytify for Windows is sold as a Lifetime license: pay once, use it on two of your devices, get updates. Subscriptions will come later for people who prefer them, but a one-time option will stay.

Where we are today

Saytify launched on 31 October 2026 with Founders Early Access: the first 300 Lifetime licenses at the Founders price. Buyers receive their license key immediately and the Windows download link by email when the build is published (planned for November 2026), with a full refund available until first activation. Monthly and yearly plans, a free trial and a macOS version are planned next. The pricing page always shows the current status.
