Tips for leaders

• Dictate the decision the minute the meeting ends, while the wording is fresh. Thirty seconds of speaking beats a memo written from memory the next morning.
• Use High accuracy for anything that goes on the record; Light is fine for internal chat.
• Add names and titles to the personal dictionary (board members, key clients, Arabic spellings of English names) so they are right every time.
• Keep the Email style for external messages, the Messages style for your team.
