Terms of Sale and Use

These terms govern your use of saytify.com (the “Site”) and every purchase of a Saytify license from Zworks. Please read them before buying. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the End User License Agreement, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its regulations.

1. Who you are buying from

Zworks is the seller of record and the owner of the Saytify software and brand. Saytify was developed by Mohammad Al-Ramahi at Zworks in Jeddah.

2. The product

Saytify for Windows is an offline AI dictation app. You hold a key or a mouse button, speak in Arabic, English or both in the same sentence, release, and clean text is typed into whatever app you are using. It also offers voice commands for AutoCAD and Windows. Speech recognition runs locally on your PC; your audio and text are not sent to us.

What is on sale today: the Saytify for Windows - Lifetime license only. It is a one-time purchase for one person, usable on up to 2 devices, with no subscription.

  • Founders price: SAR 499 (VAT included) for the first 300 Lifetime licenses sold.
  • Regular price: SAR 699 (VAT included) after that.

Monthly and yearly plans, a macOS version and instalment payments are not available yet. Where the Site shows them, they are marked “coming soon” and you can only join a waiting list. These terms will be updated before any subscription goes on sale.

System requirements are listed on the download page. Saytify needs a 64-bit Windows PC with a working microphone; speech models are downloaded during setup, after which the app works without an internet connection (except for the periodic license check described in the EULA). Lighter models are used automatically on PCs with less memory.

3. Founders Early Access (pre-order) terms

At launch Saytify is sold in pre-order mode. This means:

  1. You pay now and receive your license key by email immediately, together with your order confirmation. Your Founders price is fixed from that moment.
  2. The Windows Early Access download link is emailed to you when the build is published. The planned release is November 2026. This is a plan, not a guarantee; software release dates can move. We will email you if the date changes.
  3. You can cancel for a full refund at any time until you first activate the license. No reason needed. See the Refund Policy.
  4. The first release is an Early Access build. It is complete enough for daily use but may contain bugs and will receive frequent updates. Updates are included in your Lifetime license.

If the download is not available within 15 days after the planned date, you may cancel for a full refund in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, in addition to the cancellation right in point 3.

When the Windows build is available for immediate download, the Site switches to normal sales: the download link is shown on the thank-you page and in your email together with the license key.

4. Prices and VAT

  • All prices for customers in Saudi Arabia are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay; there are no additional fees from us.
  • Approximate US-dollar amounts shown in small text are for information only. You are charged in SAR; your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees for cards issued outside Saudi Arabia.
  • The Founders price applies automatically while Founders licenses remain. The counter on the pricing page shows how many are left. We may end or extend promotional pricing at any time; a price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
  • If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order and offer you the correct price or a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Moyasar, a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Your card details are entered directly into Moyasar’s secure form; Zworks does not receive or store your full card number. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

An order is confirmed when Moyasar confirms the payment. If the payment fails, no license is issued and nothing is charged.

6. Delivery

Saytify is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.

  • Your license key is shown on the thank-you page and emailed to the address you entered, normally within minutes of payment.
  • Your download link is emailed when the build is published (pre-order mode) or shown immediately with the key (normal sales).
  • A tax invoice issued by Zworks is sent to your email. If you need a copy or a corrected invoice (for example in a company name with its VAT number), email support@zworks.net.

If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then use the “Resend my license” option on the Site or contact support@zworks.net with your order number. We resolve missing-license emails within one business day.

7. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Saytify on up to 2 devices, as set out in the End User License Agreement. In short:

  • One license is for one person. You may install it on two of your own devices and move it to a new device by deactivating an old one from inside the app.
  • The app activates online once per device and re-verifies automatically about every 30 days. Between checks it works fully offline.
  • You may not share, resell, rent or lend your key, bypass the license check, or reverse-engineer the software.
  • A refund or chargeback automatically revokes the license.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. In summary: pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before first activation; the Lifetime license carries a 14-day money-back guarantee; refunds go back to the original payment method.

Under Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, the statutory 7-day cancellation right does not apply to software delivered by download once it has been used, except where the software is defective or does not match its description. Our voluntary refund policy is more generous than this minimum, and your statutory rights for defective products are unaffected.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your license key or your account with others, or use one license for more than one person;
  • resell, rent, lend or sublicense Saytify, or sell it as part of another product or service;
  • attempt to bypass, disable or tamper with license activation, device limits or any security measure;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
  • use Saytify, the Site or our APIs in a way that is unlawful, that harms others, or that places unreasonable load on our systems (for example automated account creation or scraping);
  • use the voice-command feature to control software you are not authorised to use.

We may suspend or terminate a license used in breach of these terms, after giving you a chance to respond where that is reasonable.

10. Intellectual property

Saytify, the Saytify name and bow-tie logo, the Site and all software, text and images we publish are owned by Zworks or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a license to use the software, not ownership of it. Saytify includes open-source components that remain under their own licenses; they are listed in the EULA and in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file installed with the app.

Content you dictate belongs to you. We never receive it.

11. Early Access, accuracy and warranty

  • Saytify converts speech to text using AI models running on your PC. Recognition accuracy depends on your microphone, background noise, how you speak and the vocabulary you use. No dictation software is error-free. You are responsible for reviewing text before you send, submit or rely on it, especially in professional, legal, financial or medical contexts.
  • Voice commands send keystrokes to the active application. Check what the command did before continuing, especially commands that modify drawings or files.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Saytify and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those stated here or required by law. If Saytify is defective or does not match its description, contact us: we will fix the problem, help you set it up, or refund you under the Refund Policy and the law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Saudi Arabia:

  • Zworks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the use of Saytify or the Site.
  • Our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Site content and third-party links

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, including comparisons with other products, which we date and source. The Site may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

14. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email support@zworks.net with your order number and a description of the problem. We acknowledge every complaint and reply by email. If you are a consumer in Saudi Arabia and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate it to the Ministry of Commerce through its official consumer channels.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published; the terms in force when you paid continue to govern that purchase. For material changes affecting existing license holders we will notify you by email.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any purchase made under them, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

These terms are published in English and Arabic (/ar/terms/). For consumers in Saudi Arabia, the Arabic text governs if the two versions differ.
