End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Zworks (Commercial Registration No. 4030417796, Al Marwah district, Amer bin Abi Rabia St 7453, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; email support@zworks.net) for the Saytify for Windows software, including its speech models, updates and documentation (the “Software”).
By installing, activating or using the Software you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install the Software; if you have bought a license, you may request a refund under our Refund Policy.
1. What you get
Subject to this EULA, Zworks grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) devices that you own or control, for your own use.
- One license, one person. The license is for you. It may be used for work or personal purposes, but not by several people in turn or at once.
- Lifetime license. A Lifetime license has no expiry date and includes updates to the Software for as long as Zworks maintains Saytify for Windows. “Lifetime” refers to the life of the product, not of the user; see section 7.
- Early Access. The first Windows release is an Early Access build: usable for daily work, but you may encounter bugs, and features may change between updates.
2. Activation and license checks
- Online activation. Each device must be activated once over the internet. The app sends your license key and a one-way device identifier (a hash derived from your Windows installation and system drive), plus the device name, Windows version and app version. Nothing else is sent.
- Automatic check about every 30 days. The app silently re-verifies your license with our server roughly every 30 days when the PC is online. These checks let us honour refunds and chargebacks, enforce the device limit and keep shared keys from spreading.
- Offline use between checks. Between checks the Software works fully offline: it never needs the internet to recognise speech. Your audio and dictated text are processed on your PC and are never transmitted to Zworks.
- If a check cannot run. If your PC stays offline past the current verification period, the app will ask you to connect briefly so it can renew. It will not send anything other than the data described above.
- Devices. You can see your activated devices in the app. To move the license to a new PC, deactivate one of the old ones from inside the app (“Sign out of this device”) and activate the new one. To prevent sharing, we may limit how often devices can be swapped; if you are stuck (for example a PC died), support@zworks.net will help.
- Free trial (when available). If a free trial is offered, it is limited in time and in dictated words, one trial per person and per device, and may not be reset by reinstalling or creating new emails.
3. What you may not do
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- share your license key or let another person use your license;
- sell, resell, rent, lend, sublicense or transfer the Software or your license, or include it in a product or service you offer to others;
- bypass, disable, remove or tamper with activation, license checks, the device limit or any other protection, or use a key you did not obtain from Zworks or an authorised channel;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly allows despite this restriction, and except for the open-source components under their own licenses (section 10);
- modify the Software or create derivative works, or remove copyright, trademark or license notices;
- use the Software to break the law or to control software or systems you are not authorised to use;
- use the Software in a way that places unreasonable load on our license servers (for example automated or bulk activation).
4. Your content and privacy
Everything you dictate belongs to you. The Software processes your speech locally and types the result into the app you choose. Your dictation history, personal dictionary and settings are stored on your PC only, and you can clear them at any time.
The limited data we process for activation and support is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this EULA.
5. Updates and models
- Zworks may provide updates, fixes and new versions. Updates may add, change or remove features. Some updates may require re-activation or a newer version of Windows.
- Speech and language models are downloaded during setup and stored on your PC. Zworks may replace models in later versions; smaller models are selected automatically on PCs with limited memory.
- Zworks is not obliged to provide any particular update or to support versions of Windows that Microsoft no longer supports.
6. Voice commands
The voice-command feature sends keystrokes and typed text to the active application (for example the AutoCAD command line or Windows shortcuts) based on spoken phrases from the built-in command list. You are responsible for checking the result of a command before continuing, especially commands that modify drawings, files or settings. Zworks is not responsible for the behaviour of third-party applications that receive those keystrokes.
7. Term and termination
- This EULA takes effect when you install or activate the Software and continues until terminated.
- By you: you may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it from all devices.
- By Zworks: we may terminate your license if you breach this EULA (for example key sharing or circumvention) and, where reasonable, after giving you a chance to respond. A refund or chargeback terminates the license automatically.
- End of life. If Zworks stops maintaining Saytify for Windows, licenses already activated keep working in their last version for as long as the license server remains available. We will give reasonable notice of any end of service.
- On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.
8. Warranty and disclaimer
- Speech recognition is probabilistic. Accuracy depends on your microphone, environment, speech and vocabulary; errors will occur. You must review text before relying on it, sending it, or using it in professional, legal, financial or medical contexts.
- Zworks warrants that the Software will perform substantially as described on saytify.com for 14 days after activation. If it does not, your remedy is, at our choice, a fix, a workaround or a refund under the Refund Policy.
- To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Saudi Arabia, the Software is otherwise provided “as is”, and Zworks disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Software is not designed for use where failure could lead to injury, death or significant damage.
- Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the Software, and Zworks’s total liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for your license. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Third-party and open-source components
The Software includes components developed by third parties. They remain the property of their authors and are licensed to you under their own terms, which take precedence over this EULA for those components. The complete list, with full license texts, is included in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file installed with the Software. Principal components:

11. General
- Export. You must comply with any export-control laws that apply to you.
- Entire agreement. This EULA, the Terms of Sale and Use, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Zworks for the Software. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
- Changes. Zworks may update this EULA for new versions of the Software. The version that applies is the one shown in the app and on saytify.com at the time of the update; continuing to use a new version means you accept the EULA that comes with it. Material changes will be announced.
