Saytify is built on one promise: your voice and the text you dictate stay on your PC. This policy explains the small amount of personal data we do collect when you visit saytify.com, buy a license, activate the app, or contact support, and how we protect it.
It is written to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations. If you are outside Saudi Arabia, see the section “Visitors outside Saudi Arabia” below.
1. Who is responsible for your data

Saytify is a product of Zworks. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zworks.
2. The short version
- Your audio never leaves your PC. Speech recognition and text clean-up run locally on your computer. We do not receive, store or listen to your recordings or your dictated text.
- We collect only what the service needs: your email address and (optionally) your name, your order and license details, an anonymised device identifier for license activation, and any messages you send to support.
- Card data goes to Moyasar, not to us. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure form. We never see or store your full card number.
- No tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you.
- You are in control. You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@zworks.net.
3. What we collect, and why
3.1 When you buy a license

Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are handled only by Moyasar, a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. Moyasar processes this data under its own privacy policy. We never receive your full card details.
3.2 When you activate and use the Saytify app

The app contacts our servers only to activate your license and to refresh it automatically about every 30 days. These requests contain no audio, no dictated text, no file names and no usage statistics. Saytify contains no telemetry or analytics.
Everything else - your recordings while you speak, the recognised text, your dictation history, personal dictionary and settings - is stored only on your own PC, in your user profile. You can clear your history from inside the app at any time.
3.3 When you contact support

Please do not include card numbers or passwords in support messages.
3.4 When you join a waiting list
If you ask us to notify you about a plan or platform that is not available yet (for example macOS or the monthly plan), we store your email address, the item you are interested in and your language. We use it only to send you that notification and, if you agree, news about Saytify. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email or by writing to support@zworks.net. Legal basis: your consent.
3.5 When you visit the website
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. We measure page views, referring sites, country, device type and page performance. This service is cookieless, does not fingerprint your browser and does not build a profile of you. The data we see is aggregated.
- Security and bot protection. Our site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, request headers, timing) to protect the site from attacks and may run a Turnstile bot check on forms such as checkout and support. We keep server and security logs for a short period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
- Essential storage only. We store your language choice and the state of your checkout. See our Cookie Policy.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising or share it with ad networks.
- We do not use your voice or your text to train any model. We cannot, because we never receive them.
- We do not send marketing emails without your consent. Transactional emails (your license key, invoice, download link, refund confirmation) are always sent.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run Saytify, and only the minimum they need:

We may also disclose data when the law requires it (for example to tax authorities or on a valid order from a Saudi court or competent authority), to professional advisers bound by confidentiality (for example our accountant, for invoice records), or to protect our rights in a dispute.
If we add a new provider, such as an instalment-payment service, we will update this page before it starts processing your data.
6. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia
Moyasar processes payments inside Saudi Arabia. Cloudflare and our email provider operate global networks, so some data (for example order records in our database, and the emails we send you) may be stored or processed outside the Kingdom.
We transfer personal data outside Saudi Arabia only as permitted by the PDPL and its Data Transfer Regulations, limited to what is necessary to provide the service, and with contractual data-protection commitments from each provider. We are following the proposed PDPL amendments on data localisation and will adapt our storage if the final rules require it.
7. How long we keep data

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
8. How we protect your data
- All connections to saytify.com and to our license server use HTTPS (TLS encryption).
- Card data never touches our systems; it is entered into Moyasar’s secure form.
- Access to order and license records is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and protected by multi-factor authentication.
- The device identifier is a one-way hash: it lets us count devices without knowing your hardware details.
- Secrets and keys are kept in a managed secrets store, never in code or logs.
No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach is likely to harm you, we will notify the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) within the period required by the PDPL and inform you without undue delay.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Be informed about how we process your data (this policy).
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it in a readable format.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request destruction (deletion) of your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, subject to our legal retention duties (for example tax records).
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (for example the waiting list).
How to exercise your rights: email support@zworks.net from the address you used at purchase, or use the support form on this site. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example by replying from the email on the order) so that we do not disclose your data to someone else. We respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the PDPL. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first.
Deleting your account data while you hold a Lifetime license will prevent you from reactivating the app on a new device. We will explain this before deleting.
10. Children
Saytify is intended for adults and for professional, educational and personal productivity use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact support@zworks.net and we will delete it.
11. Visitors outside Saudi Arabia
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws (such as the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have similar or additional rights, including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. The legal bases listed above correspond to contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent under those laws. Contact support@zworks.net to exercise any right; we apply the same 30-day response commitment.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. For material changes that affect license holders, we will also notify you by email. The Arabic version of this policy is available at /ar/privacy/; for consumers in Saudi Arabia, the Arabic text governs if the two versions differ.
