Saytify is live for Founders Early Access: a Windows dictation app that types what you say in Arabic, English or both, runs entirely on your PC, and comes as a one-time Lifetime license. Here is what it does, why it is offline, and how the pre-order works.
Today Saytify opens for Founders Early Access. If you have been looking for voice typing software for Windows that understands Arabic and English in the same sentence, works without the internet, and does not charge you every month, this post explains what we built, why it works the way it does, and exactly what you get when you buy today.
What Saytify does
Saytify is an AI dictation app for Windows. You hold a key, or a mouse button, and talk. When you release, clean text is typed wherever your cursor is: Outlook, WhatsApp Desktop, Word, Chrome, VS Code, the AutoCAD command line. There is no window to copy from and no app to switch to. You speak into the box you were already in.
Three things make it different from the dictation you may have tried before.
It understands the way people here actually speak. In Jeddah, Riyadh, Dubai or Kuwait, a working sentence is Arabic with English inside it: “أرسلت لك الـ proposal المحدّث، نحتاج approval قبل الخميس”. Saytify writes exactly that. The Arabic stays in your dialect instead of being flattened into textbook phrasing, and the English words stay in English letters instead of being translated or transliterated. That mixed sentence, which breaks most speech-to-text tools, is the main case we designed for.
It runs entirely on your PC. After a one-time setup that downloads the speech models, Saytify needs no internet connection to work. Your voice is processed on your own machine and the text is typed locally. No audio is uploaded, no transcript is stored on a server, and nothing you say is used to train anyone’s model. The only time the app talks to us is a brief license check about once a month.
It produces clean text, not a raw transcript. A second, local AI pass fixes what speech recognition gets wrong: words split in half, a misheard letter that turns المواقع into المقع, filler words like “umm” and “يعني”, repeated false starts. It writes spoken numbers as digits, joins a phone number said in groups into one number, and turns “hashtag Riyadh” into #Riyadh. It never rephrases you or changes your meaning; you choose how aggressive it is with three accuracy levels: Light, Medium and High.
The details that matter in daily use
- Push-to-talk on any key or mouse button. Many users put it on the thumb button of their mouse so dictation never takes a hand off the mouse. Taps are ignored; Esc cancels.
- Context styles. An Email style writes full, capitalised sentences; a Messages style keeps chat short and casual; a Notes style stays out of your way. Switch per app.
- Personal dictionary. Teach Saytify your clients’ names, your product codes and the Arabic spelling you prefer for English brands. It gets them right from then on.
- History with word counts. Every dictation is saved locally with the app it went to, how long it took, and the text before and after correction. Copy it again, paste it elsewhere, or watch your weekly word count grow.
- Voice commands for AutoCAD and Windows. Hold the command key and say “Zoom Extents”, “Layer Isolate”, “Offset fifty Enter” or “Save As”, and Saytify types it into AutoCAD’s command line. Outside AutoCAD, say “Show Desktop”, “Snap Left” or “Screenshot”. The engineers page has the full story.
- Media auto-pause. Whatever is playing (Spotify, a YouTube tab) pauses the moment you press the key and resumes when you release. Calls are never touched.
- Fast. On my own PC, text appears about two seconds after I release the key (median, measured over real dictations). Saytify streams while you speak, so a two-minute dictation finishes almost as quickly as a short one. Your PC may be faster or slower; on machines with less memory Saytify automatically chooses lighter models.

Why offline, and why it took this long
I built Saytify for my own work as an engineer. I wanted to dictate site reports and RFIs in the mixed Arabic-English I actually use, control AutoCAD without reaching for the keyboard, and never worry about where a confidential project detail ended up. Every tool I tried failed at least one of those three.
Offline was not a marketing decision; it was a requirement. Tender documents, government projects and client drawings under NDA cannot be sent to a server I do not control. But running speech recognition and text correction locally, in two languages, fast enough to feel instant, is hard. Most of the engineering effort went into making large models run on an ordinary Windows PC with a consumer GPU, or on its CPU when there is no GPU, and into measuring the results honestly: median latency, split-word rate, how often a correction changed meaning.
When the app became the thing I could not work without, the question was whether to keep it to myself. Saytify is the answer.
What is on sale today, exactly
We are launching with one product and complete honesty about where it stands.
Saytify for Windows, Lifetime license. One payment, one person, up to two devices, updates included. No subscription.
- Founders price: SAR 499 (VAT included, about $133) for the first 300 licenses.
- Regular price: SAR 699 (VAT included) after that.
Payment is by mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay through Moyasar, a Saudi-licensed gateway. Card details go to Moyasar, never to us.
This is a pre-order. Here is how Founders Early Access works:
- You pay today and receive your license key by email immediately. Your Founders price is locked.
- The Windows Early Access download link is emailed to you when the build is published, planned for November 2026. That is a plan, not a promise; if the date moves, you will hear it from us first.
- Until you activate the license for the first time, you can cancel for a full refund at any time, for any reason. After activation, the Lifetime license carries a 14-day money-back guarantee.
The first release is an Early Access build: complete enough that I use it all day, but you may hit bugs, and updates will be frequent. Founders will shape what gets fixed first.
Monthly (SAR 39) and yearly (SAR 249) plans, a macOS version, and instalment payments are not available yet. You can join a waiting list for each on the pricing page, and a free trial (14 days, 2,000 words, no card) is planned to arrive with the Windows release for people who would rather try before buying.
How this compares, as of October 2026
I will keep comparisons dated and sourced, because they go stale. As of October 2026: Windows’ built-in voice typing (Win+H) does not list Arabic among its supported languages and requires an internet connection. Wispr Flow, the best-known dictation app, processes audio in the cloud and costs $15 a month or $144 a year, with no lifetime option. Superwhisper offers a lifetime plan at $249.99 and does not name Arabic as a supported language. Saytify’s Founders price is a one-time SAR 499 for an offline app built around Arabic and English together.
What happens next
Buy a Founders license, and you will get three emails from support@zworks.net over the coming weeks: your key and invoice today, the download link when the build ships, and occasional progress notes in between. Reply to any of them; I read every message.
If you are not ready to buy, join the waiting list on the pricing page and I will tell you when the free trial is live.
Thank you for reading this far. Saytify exists because typing was the slowest part of my day. I hope it fixes yours.
